André Worthy, CHA, CHRM

André is the Founder and Owner of Worthy Hospitality Services, LLC.  He is a Phoenix-based hospitality veteran with over 25 years of experience. Andre has held operations and management positions with Purdue Union Club Hotel, Homewood Suites, Ramada Plaza Hotel Downtown (currently Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre Hotel) , and most recently, with Best Western International, Inc.

Worthy has trained more than 450 hoteliers on pricing strategy, and revenue generation.  He has a stellar track record of producing bottom line results while forging positive business relationships based on trust.

During his tenure at Best Western International, Andre held positions of increasing authority, including Manager-Program Operations, Manager-Field/Co-op Marketing, Sr. Revenue Manager and Sr. Manager-Client Solutions and Services.  He was also responsible for creating and managing the Best Western Business Plus® program, and managing the Best Western new Members Sales Onboarding program.

A Purdue University graduate, he has a B.S. in Restaurant, Hotel, Institutional and Tourism Management, and a M.S. in Hospitality and Tourism Management.   Worthy has earned the designations of Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) and Certified Hospitality Revenue Manager (CHRM).
